Helen E. Russell, 91, of Pana died Saturday, January 23, 2010 in Heritage Manor—Pana.
She was born July 7, 1918 in Monticello, IL, the daughter of Harry & Anna Higgins Russell, A graduate of Pana Township High School, she lived all of her adult life in Pana. Helen was employed as a sales clerk at Fashion Lane, also had worked at Barbara’s and provided health care in the home.
She is survived by her friends Glenn & Lois Niehart, Pana and by her cousins: JoAnn Griffith & Michael Russell. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Lewis Russell & Robert Russell.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 27, 2010 in McCracken-Dean Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Allen Ebbler officiating. Burial will be in Rosemond Grove Cemetery, Rosamond. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
