Judith Kay (Greffe) Warren

Judith Kay (Greffe) Warren, 67, of Taylorville, passed Thursday, February 4, 2010 in her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 18, 1943 in Pana, the daughter of Earl and Beatrice Mills Greffe. Judith lived on the family farm in rural Pana. She then moved into town after high school, and lived most of her life in the Pana and Taylorville areas. She was a lifelong homemaker, who raised 4 sons, 2 daughters, and helped with many of her grandchildren.
She married William Everett Warren on December 22, 1959. He preceded her in death.
Surviving are her 6 children: Tony Warren, Lava Hot Springs, ID; Tammy Allen, Champaign, IL; Kimberly Stone & husband David, Woodstock, GA; Jeff Warren & wife Holli, Taylorville, IL; Kris Warren & wife Shelly, Bulpitt, IL; & Scott Warren & wife Jennifer, Kernersville, NC; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and 2 sisters: Barbara “Bobby” Rhoades, Nokomis, IL & Linda Fulkerson, Topeka, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters: Eunice “Elaine” Coleman & Phyllis Reynolds, 1 daughter: Tina Marie Warren, and 1 grandchild.

A Private Family Service will be held.
